Obviously you can follow up on anything from the last time you talked and I have been putting that in my notes for Mogul Networking, but like a few of my in person interactions that I had last week I don't really have anything to be like "Hey how did X turn out?"

It’s a dialer combined with a CRM so you can keep good track of your customer interactions.

However during each interaction more things or issues came up which started sending my spidy senses tingling.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I’ve built my team on the ground with face to face interaction with people who probably never heard of facebook.

I love everything about short term rentals -- interacting with guests, providing an entire experience, control over the property.

There is a benefit to using an LLC as a property manager and for other interactions related to a property from a legal perspective.
