In the deals that I have taken my money and investors money in, I am guarding my money and their money with my life.

There are different products for each type of house, so knowing what you're going to be investing in is relevant to the conversation. 

Considering the phase of the market we're in, I think that's a no brainer!

Each one of us has his own wealth targets, the question I ask myself is if you can hit those by only investing in notes.Should we diversify our real estate investment portfolio (like I believe in - I invest in notes but I already completed few flip projects and I hold few buy & hold Duplex's as well) or go "all in" into notes business?
