I've spoken to several lenders and each one says I have to high of a DTI ratio.

Florida home prices are high, and insurance costs are increasing.Management: Currently, I manage the property myself, which has been relatively easy.

I'd highly suggest learning the CT laws and making sure the company you use is completely compliant. 

The cashflow is not great but this is a Zip code with extremely high appreciation (15.5% year over year from May 2023 to May 2024).

@Timothy Grothuesmann  What your describing is Collusion.. and is highly illegal its a felony.people get busted all over the US doing this.. its not an advanced scheme its criminal acitivty.its called lunch money ,, Walk away money, wink and nod money   etc etc.FBI gets wind of being rampant in a market and they will send in schills...

I believe some of them are making the report available online, so the landlord can verify it through a legitimate website.
