On paper it all sounds great, but it is a HUGE pain and there are a million things that can go wrong and disqualify the exchange.

We are trying to figure this out now with the health department and whether the owner got permits for all this.   

@Keith Smith I used the KwikSet system for a while, but you still need 1 key per property and you still have the pain of contractors needing access.

Additional concerns are all the usual Building/Planning/Zoning PLUS Board of Health. 

Worst case scenario the health of your customers is effected but if it contamination is discovered the state may look to you to clean it up, which is far from cheap.
