Don't I need to change the mortgage into the the LLC's name and address to establish "separateness" and liability protection.

Banks play the classic game of monolopy when it comes to assignment contracts pushed by investors, contractors, and/or wholesalers. 

My skills are at the top of my game right now and I never worry about my competition because of this.Rich, you seem like a very worthy adversary, because I know neither of us would leave the sellers house without a signed contract or until they kicked us out.

Anyway I am considering the possibility of getting back into the game.
