This is why the outlaw wholesalers hide in the shadows, put little contact info in their ad, and try to hide their identities.

Also, if you do not have any prior experience in sales, I highly recommend  you shadow/assist a successful agent your first year.

i am new to REI and i am looking for help wherever i can get it, even if it means i have to shadow someone.

Small holes (from hanging pictures) can be filled with filler and you shouldn't seem them unless the walls are dark in which case leave the holes. 

Probably called the lister to get the code and go through it and then created a shadow ad.

I just wish I could find someone too help shadow me through the process of flipping a contract on a house (not fix and flip).

I would expect it to look similar if doing solid black (plain or galaxy) granite and dark grey or black grout. 

I am impressed & amazed you kept your sanity & yet you quickly developed that unique sense of dark humor which all of us in REI need & eventually gravitate to.

I know that you should offer value to an investor so you can gain knowledge from them and actually build a relationship with them and honestly, I would be happy just shadowing someone for free but im having difficult finding people who are willing.
