If you want to do houses people that can qualify for loans want to buy and any kind of volume, you're gonna have to look into less conventional funding sources. 

Part of that involves sourcing my facts from experts in their field, not from the opinions of others.  

The three day bootcamp is a good way to learn how much you don't know - but don't get tempted by the online websites and data sourcing they can provide you.
