I'm a realtor here in Cleveland and I've had some conversations with lenders who are saying this is going to be really bad.

This has been a major conversation over there.  

Are you paying them debt until the point the conversion takes place.  

I already mentioned it took me 2 and a half years to get going, and it probably would have taken me even more time if I hadn’t had several honest conversations with Eryka.

Not sure what conversation needs to be had with a bank but with Kiewit being based in Omaha, and your intent to rent while in Phoenix, it sounds to me like your primary residence would be in Omaha where you own the property.
