Depending on how much you want to spend/save you could do what a buddy of mine does (this guy is actually cheaper than I am).

it is better if you have both,, but between the two blog is much appropriate specially if you are just starting and if you love writing... it is the best way to talk to your prospective clients.... and a lot cheaper....

Lori,I believe Mike's point goes back to my earlier post in this thread.If green products and building are cheaper than non-green, it is a no-brainer.

A couple of hundred dollars to get some knowledge in the matter is a lot cheaper than thousands in fines and/or jail time because one took the advice of "armchair lawyers".

Cheaper houses are to be had: there was one listed at 65K that according to the blurb, needed total rehab, and since they said mold, drywall, facia, flooring, hvac, plumbing not working, it might be cheaper/easier to bulldoze and start over.

And that is in addition to the actual money that he is saving you by getting the entire project done cheaper. 

And the membership is still way cheaper than I’ve seen.

It'll cost me an extra few hundred bucks to form the LLC but it'd still be cheaper than a double closing in my area.

Much cheaper than buying a guru course :)
