Challenges?

Another challenge is that in downtown they are building so many new units every corner has a new apartment complex on it which is going to drive down the rents for a while.

This was done through a title company who handles investor transactions. 

The property management and financials are all handled by the the group I am connected with.

I’m finding the HOA fees getting bumped  especially in the older buildings to keep up with the new requirement.It’ll obviously take a good team to help strategize exits due to the challenging financing on the backend for the end user. 

A tenant complaining online might indicate that the property manager handled them appropriately, so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.7.

Personally I would hire an onsite person for some handyman tasks but I would stay away from them handling money related items.

I’m a mom with young children and that’s as long distance as I feel I can handle.
