Probably 78 are used and bought at estate auctions. 

@Karina Mejia,     The best ways that I know of to find them below retail are local sources like auctions and newspapers.

I bought one at an estate auction.  2nd one is my old personal mattress set.  3rd one is from a previous tenant that brought his own mattress set and sold it to me when he left.  5 are twins. 

Their Trustee Sale Tracking is the best if you're going to go for properties at auction.

The property already had another Lein that was not disclosed during the foreclosure auction.

Price fixing is where we are at auction and I say "I won't bid on this one, you don't bid on that one".

I'm considering buying deeded parking spots in a large condo building via auction and I'm concerned about my exit strategy.

Our indication of a recession or pull back is the increasing number of properties listed for foreclosure or tax lien auction.

I'm looking around on Zillow and found an area with tons of properties up for public auction/soon to be on auction.
