I am planning on attending a local real investment club this month.Well I guess its time to stop rambling............thanks in advance to any and all who reply.

I've read a bunch of books and even attended my first club meeting last week.

I didn't have the numbers to play (Credit 8 points off of 620 and income steady, but too low.After picking myself up from that disappointment, I have decided to attend some real estate investment groups here in Baltimore, in hopes of talking to move private investors.

I also attend school part-time and I have a part-time business.

I look forward to seeing you around the REI circuit here in Chicago.Might be a good thing to start this Thursday by attending the WCRT meeting. ( http://www.wcrt.org )
