So I have been using Latchel for 20 of my units now for about a year.

I have wholesaled properties but have not acquired my own property yet, looking to acquire a rehab home I can put some work in before the end of the year.

I own property and have no children or real persons that I want to inherit my property after death.

My advice is to start listing early and make the property as nice as possible.
