People who act without integrity, whether they are wholesalers or agents give everyone a bad name.

I am well on my way to having a thriving investment business all while maintaining my integrity.

I reiterate - its not good tactic to enter a deal with leaseback to defaulted owner as integral to the overall strategy.

I would integrate each one of these into your mailing campaign, hit them with a different mail piece each month.

I agree, there are realtors out there that do a disservice to the industry, but what major industry can claim 100% honesty & integrity by all employees?

If the siding still has integrity and there are no termite or rot issues, repair of any bad siding should be sufficient.Have you tried negotiating with the buyer?

If your needs extend further than that, there are products available that allow much tighter integrations such as Oracle and the like.All of these are good products and range from free to I-could-buy-a-few-properties-with-that-money expensive.

It could be integrated into the BP site but I honestly believe that the organization has to frame itself as being about fairness, families, functioning communities, etc - it cannot have anything to do with profits or investing.
