Or can I fully customize the Wordpress site they provide? 

Have in mind a lot LOs are trained not to explain anything to the customers/clients in order "not to confuse them even more".

I also replaced flooring repaired drywall, new cabinets, tile bathrooms and new toilets and fixtures.

If you want to be the bank though, I'd say it's only fair I be treated as a bank customer.
