Me and my wife installed tiling in the kitchen and bathroom which took us a couple of weekends to do. 

I feel a little bit isolated, but hopefully this weekend's meet up in Deep East Texas will help!

Needs a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, flooring, some drywall replacement, window a/c units (possibly central air), etc.I'm looking to have this completed within a 2-3 week period once the work is commenced and would be available to meet onsite this coming weekend for estimating purposes.

Especially when she asked me what I was thinking (which was generally work, real estate, or what we're doing this weekend). 

From what I hear, New Market used to be considered the countryside where people go to get away from the "city" on weekends and such. 

I am definitely interested in developing a relationship with an HML and planned to start reaching out on that front this weekend.   

Plus they arrived to find no hot water & with a wife & 3 daughters needing to shower the plumber was there all weekend for the emergency install. 

Have an ownership mentality (they feel they own the building they manage to the point that they're willing to work weekends or Christmas Eve if needed)and most important...6.

I had zero bookings in April, and a couple weekends in May.
