You need to calculate the time to break even on this, and consider if you will live in this home in 1 or 2 years from now.

If it is in or near to New Jersey, I like finding a vineyard farmer, and lease this land to them.

It helps if you pay someone, usually an attorney, to be the manager of your LLC in that state.
