It meets the second Weds of the month, which means there should be a meeting on January 8th.

Planning a wedding for early next year.All of that has me running kind of ragged. 

It's a great place to meet other local investors, and the next one is on Wed, Feb 19th.

The girl told us last Wed the bank said maybe we will close (last week) but here it is Monday & no word.

@J Scott I was just told this by my realtor in regards to a home I am purchasing for a flip Wed.

At the same time as my debt was swelling, I also was looking at going to Europe in a few short months, as I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding.

But say 8 years down the road agent is not with the brokerage, and if wed have to return the commission amount, is the agent responsible for the brokerages portion being returned to landlord (say the brokerage wont return their portion, or if that agent and broker arent in contact anymore)?     

I’m wondering if I should of required a 4 night booking (ie Wed-Sat) and what our strategy should be for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
