Author initiates eviction if the tenant doesn't pay their monthly water bill of ~$50 and I am DEFINITELY going to be requiring that tenants arrive with their voucher in hand to show a house.We do a good amount of pre-showing where tenants arrive without packet and then leave and want to think about it...never to return.
