I feel stupid asking this question, but I am a very frugal person and frequently my frugal-ness interferes with efficiency in my life.

Removing some of the upper cabinets would visually open up the space and increase lighting. 

If you use visualization, metaphors or similes to explain what you are offering, you are way more likely to get their attention.

Then I like to visualize my goals for a bit, followed by mentally going over the most important tasks for that day.

I, like many of you am a visual person.

But 25K / unit ARC seems to be very easily findable, while 20K ARC / unit is feasible with a little creativity and "right place right time-ness".

I can assume from your post you probably aren't a big fan of visualizing, karma, etc, but starting something with the mindset that you are certainly going to fail is the worst way to start anything.Give me someone with zero experience who believes they can/will win or be successful and I will take that person every time over someone starting something expecting to fail.
