One final quibble is that they don't have the wonderful universal search feature of quickbooks, where I could just start typing and quickly find matching transactions.

I graduate from the University of Utah in the spring with a mechanical engineering degree.

Looking outside the city proper (Las Colinas, The Colony, Frisco, etc…up around where Universal is going in).

The property is close to a university, so the rent is quite high: $8300 between both rentals.

Strange experience... went to redfin to see what it says about my property... virtually nothing there but then my property typed out with (unit) #2 shows up with all my details.

I've heard good and bad abut virtual staging.

The land is blocks away from Rockhurst University, UMKC, and the Plaza.
