This was a labor of love and there were so many unique and challenging aspects to the flip.

What’s unique about real estate is that given enough TIME even very bad investments end up profitable.  

In the real estate SFH market, we observed multiple platforms like Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, Trulia, and Movoto - each offering unique user interfaces, features, and experiences. 

The Center Rd property was financed through Partner Driven’s unique investment structure, leveraging our partnership with Jeff Dilldine.

But that doesn't mean that in the long run the small, unique units don't rent well.

I agree, something to 'set apart' seems to be the name of the occupancy game aside from location & views...that "Instagram Moment" - theme/mural/badass outdoor space/something outside of the box/really cool game room...just some ideas. 

They’re now focused on unique properties with appealing natural amenities, like waterfronts or downtown areas, in growing locations that will consistently attract guests.

Is there anything proactive/unique offered in one platform over another? 

While DSCR loans offer a unique advantage, success hinges on selecting properties with strong rental income potential.

It has a safari/zoo theme and no other Airbnb in the area really has this.
