So but yeah I been through hell with is hiring a contractor 1 fired him because he was in drugs bought his drug girlfriend to help I told them don’t comeback the contractor 2 his help got arrested so he then bring wife to help him unbelievable.

Around here an owner occupied house is 0.85% and a rental is about 2% I know Indiana is great for this but even so that just sounds unbelievable!
