I'm thrilled they're leaving, I was considering offering them a few grand to go.But they have not paid June rent.

In the mean time we can pay down more debt and save more for the down payment and reno costs.I'm thrilled that we have some hard numbers and an idea of what we should be looking at!

I have learned a lot over a short period and I am thrilled to have a place where I can network with others, learn, contribute and not feel like I am being scammed viewed as a potential buyer of some kind of product or service.As my post says, I am now officially a real estate investor after purchasing my first 2 properties in the Cleveland area. 

As I said we have been using it for 2 years and have been thrilled with all the new tools they have implemented and not changed our pricing structure.   

I'm betting they are probably thrilled there is someone there actually paying the HOA fees!  

I know you're excited to have your first deal in the works, but don't get blinded by the thrill of the deal and lose sight of the fact that the point is to make money.

I am thrilled that I am able to connect with veterans that will guide me through the process, and likewise if I can help an Investor with a deal that would be amazing.

(Some people can afford to play blindfolded baseball and love the thrill because they can afford it - so to each is own - if you don't own a bat and a blindfold already - get the numbers down and buyers in place before next time.)Hope you got something out of this even though its not exactly what you are asking for.
