The swiftness of cities/Airbnb to enforce new laws and cancel all existing bookings leaving the property owner holding the bag is pretty shocking.  

We took my daughters to a Taylor Swift concert in Houston this April and were shocked at the lack of quality options in an around the city.

A swift response can prevent a small problem from turning into a major infestation.

If you are buying multiple properties I would hire multiple agents and after they each bring you a deal you can consider sticking with just one moving forward, the one that you thought did the best job, was the most responsive, found the best deal, rented it out swiftly, etc.  

Would it not be easier to simply transfer the money using SWIFT system to your bank account?
