I'm looking for a qualified real estate attorney who can help them:Force the neighbor to remove the trashCover the cleanup costsPay for a land survey to clearly define property linesDoes anyone have recommendations for an attorney with experience in these types of disputes within Mayes County?

That is not even to mention the other stuff that comes with membership.

I know there are networking groups like ACRE and Pittsburgh REIA but I get the feeling that I'll be paying a membership fee to get talked at for a couple hours which is not what I'm looking for.

So far I have just been stringing them along asking them to complete or provide documents for me (sellers property disclosure, listing agreement, survey, etc.) and then I pretend I never got them and ask for those same documents again and again and again until they get annoyed and stop replying.

In 2023, I had a partial property line survey performed by a local engineering firm.

Maybe a survey and T47?

It doesn't matter the membership, each LLC owns a property. 

Who pays for the survey work to split the properties? 

However, I have been reading and learning about Invelo and have been messing around with the free starter membership.
