I agree with the "choose your battles" remark from Russell, and I'll add that I am sure that while it really helps many people who truly need their animals, many people abuse the ESA stuff.

There were charlatans selling this stuff and not disclosing the requirements and many folks ( including me) got audited for those purchases..

I would love to see some high-level stuff in these forums as well.
