Each state has different LLC costs and legal protections, so consider consulting a real estate attorney and CPA to structure things properly.

Be prepared for some people to let you know they're leaving and just make sure that they or you give the appropriate notice based on state laws.

Hey @Thanh Lu, so you didn't say where you are located so it is important to check down to the city level what constitutes a tenant vs guest.Most often it is 30 days or more, but there are some that state 28 days or even more vague for squatters rights.

However, with the recent designation of source of income (SOI) as a protected class under California state law, HACLA no longer needs to provide this incentive.

Either way, there are forum posting rules about that as you seem to be really spending a lot of time to comment negatively about anything to do with my company.
