For my personal taste I do not mind.Software:Personal Capital: to track all my financial accounts (credit, bank, investment, I also use their manual account option to track personal lending and cash I have stashed)Google sheets: I log every transaction I make on a daily basis and categorize them then I can look back at a pivot by different details such as month and category.

I guess if a seller is super motivated, he/she would listen to the whole message, but do you feel you are losing some potential leads because you do not take their calls live as some may be on the 'motivation borderline' and just bail at the long voicemail and move on to the next investor in their PC stash?
