Find the local REIAs and other real estate meetings and go to them and meet people.2) Same vein tell everyone that you know and meet what you want to do so they will know and maybe bring you leads.3) Meet some Realtors and have them send you listed properties in your target area.4) Simple online advertising on Craigslist and other free sites.
