I have no idea who I should reach out to for help, and I just do not understand how this person no longer responds to emails or returns phone calls.I hope someone can provide some guidance. 

He is still planning to pay but there is now a lien against a house that someone else owns and he's wondering if it's actually valid given the lack of notice.

But as someone who’s been in the trenches of real estate investing for almost 30 years, I continue to see some flaws.Some of the flaws I have witnessed are when tech-driven companies seem to lack backing from experienced underwriters or seasoned real estate professionals.

Someone mentioned wanting to be within driving distance of a property, but I actually prefer not to be close.

I am trying to brainstorm ways to partner locally with someone in or around Indianapolis, to offer "boots on the ground" as this is what I do and where my passion is already.

One of my personal measures of a good hotel is if someone with a managerial title is taking the time to reply to every review, positive or negative.

As @Dennis McNeely stated you could partner up with someone else on a deal or deals.
