But in my mind that's your best case scenario, take your profit at the beginning, maybe buy a couple of the houses at a discount on the back end as rentals if it works out, but for sure I wouldn't want my profits for improving raw land tied to the final sale of the home unless I was incentivized to do so.

Keep in mind turnkey companies do get bulk discount from their subcontractors and vendors, some company pocket the discount for themselves, some company pass onto the discount to their customers and offer a great price.

Hi all,I can use software to conduct 95% of all property / tenant / cleaning tasks, except... for showing the property to interested tenants.I don't know that this would be an issue, as I'll be doing MTRs and most folks may be out of town anyway.But does anyone here have ideas or suggestions for how I should think about this?
