I would also recommend all three of David's BiggerPockets books for agents, Sold, Skill, Scale.

Being an agent will teach you a lot of important skills like sales, negotiating, marketing, and more.

If you still promote them on your platform my opinion is that you need to encourage them to work on their communication skills towards the customer...

We are starting to see more and more demand from corporate entitities at our MTRs whether that be from companies providing for their executives or skilled laborers, or insurance-associated temporary housing. 

Like far too many newbies, you chose to jump in with both feet without the appropriate knowledge, skills, relationships, etc.

Do you have the skill set to do that?  

But the money that you are making is usually below 10% with a turnkey property3) partner with somebody who is a skilled Real Estate investor, who can do the majority of the work and you can come in as the money partner.  

Are you skilled at marketing - if so potentially you could market yourself as a virtual assistant for folks in the real estate world so that you can learn from a lot of folks at once? 

They can sharpen skills you already have, or expose you to things you've never even thought of.

It’s exciting and nerve racking but once you get your first deal done you’re confidence and skills will grow and you’ll be well on your way.
