There are training sessions you can sign up for on the site, these are live with no recording of the sessions. 

You get to make offers on your own and potentially save on buyer's commission.I wouldn't recommend if you already have an active income that is serving you well because it would be better to invest time in that endeavor if that's the case.

@Justin Boyd just saw the location on this, I'm somewhat familiar with that market, we do quite a few retail deals in CLE and the surrounding areas, I'd be happy to give you an opinion on the site if its helpful.  

Also the distressed seller is selling for 110k and the prop is valued between 170-200k on multiple sites.

I haven't advertised a rental on Craigslist since 2010 and it was full of scammers and other problems back then.It's hard to believe that site ever survived.

That's the Heinz motto, and it serves us well as landlords too.

Fortunately I think that real estate serves as somewhat of a hedge against some of the bubbles.

@Robert Lum  you bet you can troll around a site like BP read their books listen to the pod cast of those that are successful and talk about their business's.. its inspiring and motivational.but if you really want to learn the nuts and bolts you need to get in the game.the best and least expensive way to do that is to simply take a pre license course in your state.. learn the laws ( the real laws not the BS that is talk about on line).. terminology etc. then go to work with a brokerage in the aspect of Real estate that interest  you.. there you will get REAL training by those that are successful you get on a team.. you get paid as you learn.
