You can use financing too but if you want to keep it simple paying cash is fine. 

Anyway, as far as camera systems, I would think a simple Blink system and wifi would work for what you want to do, with something like the Schlage encode for a locking system.

Because you are self servicing your loans most are not legally compliant with consumer protection laws and CFPB requirements such as sending statements on a monthly basis that have all the language the CFPB requires as well as each state may have additional requirements for sending out just a simple statement.

I currently have  1 Business Bank Account that is for Master LLC and stuck on best way to manage cash flow  and flow of funds between account for all master expenses related to my business setup vs and also expenses/ rent related to the properties to ensure that I keep things clean, simple and easy for reporting, taxes.  

@DeAnna McKillop-LopezKeep it simple to start, unless you have more than $10M there is no need to do anything but by the property in your name and get insurance if the property is a single family rental.You can do all these other methods but they just cost you money every step along the way.
