Hey BP, I'm looking for sharp investors that would be interested in sharing a 500-1000 word article each month on a specific real estate investing strategy they are CURRENTLY using. 

Many of his listings look very sharp and relatively low cost.

Most of the banks use him and his partner in their firm for closing paperwork.Welborn - The other one seems pretty sharp and has good reviews but we have not done any business with them.  

I'm a bit worry that she won't keep the house in good sharp- Many kids, which will add wear & tear to the house.- She might have 1 or 2 adult children living with her as well- She has one eviction back in 2004.

That said, any day-over-day change in rates would be seen in the form of closing costs as opposed to the contract rate itself.There was no significant theme in markets today as there were no significant economic releases.The most notable motivation was the sharp drop in oil prices after an inventory report this morning.

So I just thought that this was an interesting article as it seems people are really curving, sharp U turning or rather Pulling No Punches with their marketing appeal to sell their houses.

Better than bank deposit rates or a sharp stick in the eye!  

And that's a pretty sharp move by the agent, though problematic if contested.
