@Jeremy H Barton I would suggest taking a look at your cash flow before signing up for a HELOC on a brand new building.

We do a pretty good deal of site selection with data behind it and use experian as a data source. 

The investors signed up for this with full disclosure and knowledge that a negative outcome may happen.
