I reached out to ~15 people in my area on furnished finder asking for their occupancy rates and a couple responded saying they have 92-97% occupancy rates.

Appreciate those for taking the time to read my message and responding. 

But clearly most of the people that responded here are seeing the same thing. 

I have personal guarantee, Mortgage note, promissory note.Now borrower(investor) neither paying monthly interest, nor responding to any phone call etc.What should be my immediate action. or series of steps.Definitely I will reach out to attorney. but in the mean time, I though asking here, if anyone has any advice.Thanks

I get more responses from FB marketplace but the quality of the responses from Zillow rental manager is stronger (judged by who views the property).how many people have responded to the ads listing it for rent?  

I'd be careful - this kind of thing can put you at risk if you are wrong.A more effective way to do this that might contribute value to the world in some way would be to put together a reasonable, rational, and professional post, asking for feedback, and inviting the person you are accusing or highlighting of wrongdoing to respond. 

Pay attention to the kitchen styles and finishes they feature—this will give you a sense of what buyers are responding to.Focus on Timeless vs.
