After 2 weeks of dealing with several different forms of water damage (leaking water heaters, refrigerator lines cracking, toilet tank seal cracking, etc), I'm going on the offensive.  

It's a small tear-off calendar with a magnet and sticker on the back so the client can put it on their refrigerator or their desk.

I'm rehabbing a house in Norman, Ok. ....a gut to studs project. it's a 2 bedroom 1 bath (1,100 sq. ft.)...all of the following is brand new ...HVAC, electric, kitchen with appliances (no refrigerator), bathroom, 80% of the plumbing....

I went up there, and sure enough there were inflatable beds in the rooms, portable refrigerator, barbecue grill, etc.My question is, what do you think is the best way to handle this?

This is will also get them rented much quicker.I own some units that I renovated and are much nicer than the neighbors units (refrigerated air vs evaporative, new flooring, landscaping, etc), but they are harder to rent because the competition has in unit laundry.
