@ Gerry Rien, do you recall the thickness and manufacturer of the LVP with adhesive seam?  

My unit sits vacant longer and this poor family will struggle to find a good place to live.

I then attended a couple of hearings when I had the time from my day job.BTW: Attending a hearing meant I had to sit there for seeral hours, listening to several other cases, before my case was heard.

When we last did major shopping around, did use a broker (McClone Insurance in Madison which used to be the Neckerman Agency if you are in the area and recall that name). 

Having a rental property sit unsold for over six months is what I would call catastrophic, particularly if it's vacant!

You could even add an island or bump out peninsula for more sitting and storage. 

If you screen your tenants properly, buy the right property and have the right team in place you can be successful. 100%, so many sit on the internet and say OMG I'm not buying there, GOOD more for us!

My wife and I approached him to discuss buying it from him since it is simply sitting.

I think this is a State specific legal ruling in WI if I recall correctly.
