I’m fairly new to the BP forums and BP site in general, But I have been very active on the podcasts and books stacking education and knowledge in the real estate field. 

It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback. 

For inspiration, you can check out sites like Slidebean, PitchDeckHunt, or Canva (I use this personally), which have sample pitch decks and templates tailored for different industries.

Hey @Zach Rumfield, well you are in the right forum as all of us here operate some kind of STR on both VRBO and AirBNB along with other sites!

You can see it everyday on this site! 

Rank #1 with a credible website and all your leads that are crazy motivated will come chase you, find you, beg you to please give them attention and make them an offer.And No, not like the we buy ugly houses websites.

The site is love and hated by some.

If you’re doing section 8 are you finding those numbers to be pretty accurate on that site?
