I am just getting prepared and learn as much as I can from experienced syndicators, so I can hit the ground running and feels like investing time upfront to "build" these platforms (specially content and your storyboard to attract and nurture investors) pays off big time, as once you start doing deals will be hard to find time to build such system.... not that once it is built you don't spend time on it anymore - you always have things to fine tune on your business processes, but if your launchpad is solid, it propels you way faster/further... does it makes sense ?
