If so, I would love to see the numbers, I do plan on posting the numbers under my profile in the investments tabs, but I am still figuring out my total expenses.

Many will look at our profile pictures and see young men who probably have little experience in the space, which is why I joined a company with a solid track record/decades of collective individual experience to learn more! 

My response to this is if the individuals are hesitant to invest in the first place, the likelihood of that same individual waiting to invest later and then pick an investment with a higher risk profile (which often comes with investments that yield higher returns) is possible, but maybe not as likely.

At least check out their Linked In profile and look at their background to know if the content creator actually is a true expert or if they are a charlatan like this guy.

When I've sold items on Facebook marketplace before or given things away using my Buy Nothing group, I've always checked the age of someone's profile and any public info on their profile along with evaluating the conversation to see if they pass a "vibe check".

Since he is dealing with less risky investments (better tenant profile, better location, etc) his overall return should be lower.

Ended up funnelling a bunch of traffic to this particular Credit Union who accidentally ended up financing automobiles via home equity, not exactly the risk profile they had sought out!

After posting I saw in your profile you are a software engineer.....What would be REALLY cool...If you could develop an easy to use Gantt chart software (Think Microsoft Project, but WAY easier to use) that was designed specifically for Real Estate reno / BRRRR.
