It just so happens that a situation came up with family to do a private loan that will work for me at this time so I've paused working with Sal at the moment. 

Hughes Private Capital offered a fund which was Guardian Fund LLC that purchased properties.

It does have nice destination and asan owner i like the private beach (not so good for the public). 

Private lenders can't do it.

You may want to find a private lender, sell something, etc…The mortgage lates are going to keep you from any bank/mortgage products

May be expensive but they are dedicated to private lender law, securities law and creditors' rights.

Another option is to explore private lenders or HELOCs to cover the equity.

Definitely would be ideal for where I am at right now, the hard part is actually finding a private money lender!

Most reverse exchanges are done with cash from the client or a private loan of some sort from an individual or a portfolio bank.When your old property sells you will have that cash in your account to purchase the new property.
