I love family time, music, horror movies, and learning about real estate investing.I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2008 and decided the rat race wasn't for me.

Most of the people seems to be OK all the way until they decide to get a gun and start shooting people at the movie theaters.I had an applicant like that who was on disability (age 33) with a great credit.

I also like Chamblee, because the new mixed use development/movie studio that is slated to go in where the GM plant used to be.

I am just finishing up my Christmas rounds, with small gifts (Costco gift baskets or movie tickets this year, depending on the age of the tenant); it give an opportunity to build and maintain links.

On my personal side of life I enjoy singing, dancing, movies, popcorn, hockey games and sharing with friends and family.  

I have a ton of movies, I read articles and blogs and books like crazy.

It's pretty funny to see the names of the winners; like AL CZERVIK LLC, TY WEBB LLC (both are character names from the movie Caddyshack) and an entity name "Scrub a Dub".Based on your comment about each investor getting a laptop to bid, tells me Will county is now using RAM auctions for bidding.
