Honestly, I'm more concerned about the politicians than the Covid virus.

Politicians need to stop trying to win votes by leveraging a crisis.

That way you'll know what businesses are moving in & out, what changes the local politicians are proposing and how it will affect your business, and the quality of the local neighborhoods & schools.

Zzzzz...So I pulled a politician in a debate tactic and "pivoted" into small commercial properties. 

Maybe I should ask my local politicians how they can get so much work done on the golf course.

Makaha would probably be good for some vacation unit cash flow (back when AirBnB was still legal), but unfortunately this is no longer an option (due to our bubbling politicians).

Politicians and Government officials have finally found a way to manipulate the real estate business without getting their hands dirty while using the Pandemic as an excuse.
