Yes most charge full rent if it is only being rented out and not managed.Thanks Michael for the feedback .Following so many of  the Bigger Pockets stories and podcasts has led me down the path of “ Never sell!”

Also I cant figure out how to get a camera etc on my computer to do pod casts  Scott and I were going to do one this summer I flew to Colorado to do it since I could not set it up at home unfortunately Dave Meyers schedule did not jive when I was at BP world headquarters..

If you’re interested in real estate the forums and the podcasts and the biggerpockets bookstore are the way to go.

Hello I am new to the investing industry and have been reading/listening to podcast and reading forums. 

Trust is my weakness with Lenders and Agents because in every Podcast I listen to about what went wrong in a deal, it stems from not having coordinated the right team.

There is absolutely tons of beneficial info and resources available here including podcasts, books, like-minded people, meetups, conferences and more!

Anytime I get the chance I listen to the real estate rookie podcasts.

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and have been immersing myself in the podcast and studying various aspects of real estate investing—from market analysis to financing—for the past two months.

I’ve been reading different book bigger pockets put out, reading forums and listening to podcasts , but just out of curiosity, do you have any other ideas for me to get to where I want to be ?

I would still value an attorney's opinion above that of some know-it-all podcast host.
