Something about that just irritated me.It's not "luck" when I saved my money to buy a rental.It's not "luck" when I didn't buy the latest shiny toys and everyone else did.It's not "luck" when I do tons of research and ask questions when everyone else is out having fun.It was hard work and determination.

A home is a HUGE commitment that may need to be sold one day, and for supposedly professional agents with enough power to have a weekly column in the local paper to speak in terms of an extra $10,000 being your coffee at Starbucks for 30 years just irritates me.
