While the tech sector is growing rapidly, it's complementing rather than replacing other strong industries.

Big tech has invented a way to take over another industry and I see Ziprent as the future.

The population is growing, there's tons of development opportunities, and a nice mix of industries - tech, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.

As someone who has operated in close to 10 different markets, I can tell you that each market is unique in the MTR industry.

Indeed, there isn't much to do there and people are going there for the all-inclusives and there's no way you can compete against those, unless you plan to offer "free" booze to your customers.There's no issue about finding a team in that there's an industry catering to that.

I think that the willingness of those who have significant experience in the industry to provide input and feed back to those of us who don't is incredible.
