@Valenda D. - Are you located in the Bay Area of CA or Southern CA? 

Whether you are a newbie to this game, or a tremendously successful real estate investor, makes no difference.This process is important, and I would dare say vital to your life.

If you choose to put all your houses into one LLC you MIGHT NOT have an issue HOWEVER if someone gets hurt on property A and B,C,D...are in that same LLC bucket then YOU will wish you could have had better separation.  

I've done 2 rehabs myself so I understand how to do my own inspection and estimate, but I'm no expert on roofs or foundations and don't dare make offers without having someone look at them.  

They offer a custom look, and dare I say -- a high end look, but much cheaper than custom blinds. 

One thing i have found in extreme plentiful bounty "Getting them to really prove what they say"  you may as well begin spooning down death valley sand, of all the challenges I have set out, never one to pick up the dare and do what I so fervently desire in most all thing  , the battle cry my wife has hated for 34 years-  "PROVE ME WRONG".
